New year, new you – new role? Out for Independence is holding an Extraordinary General Meeting to bring new members onto our team. We’ll also be joined by Hannah Bardell MP who’ll be talking

with us about the year ahead. The following roles will be up for election at the meeting: • Convener • Vice Convener (woman or non-binary) • Treasurer (ideally with

experience/qualifications or willing to go through training) • Media and social media coordinator • Events coordinator Some of the current committee members might stand for the above roles;

if they do, and are elected, other positions may also be open for election, including secretary, bi campaigns coordinator and lesbian campaigns coordinator. If you’re interested in finding

please email us at [email protected] with your name and party membership number and the name and membership number of your proposer and seconder, and let us know which position you’re

interested in. You can stand for more than one position but can only be elected to one. We’ll also be taking nominations from the floor on the day if no nominations or only one nomination
