Jammu and Kashmir Youth Alliance opened its district office here on Monday to provide a platform to the youth to share their ideas, said a JKYA spokesman in a statement today While
inaugurating the office, the KYJA patron Sheikh Khalid Jehangir said it would provide a platform for younger generation of the district to share their ideas. “It would act as a focal point
in the district for a change and transformation,” he said, according to the spokesman. The office, according to the spokesman, would act as a grievance cell for the youth. He said a special
call center will be opened “so that people remain directly connected to Khalid Jehangir.” On the occasion, Khalid also distributed iPads among meritorious students of the district. The
students who were presented iPads include Mujeeb ul Rahman Yatoo from Islamia Hanfia Model High School Harran Ganderbal, Miftah from Sultana English Medium School Saloora Ganderbal, Aliya
from New Tiny Hearts Duderhama Ganderbal, Mehvish Baba from Government Girls Higher Secondary School Ganderbal, Sehrish Fayaz from Oxford High School Fatehpora Ganderbal and Romiya Ramzan
from Qamria Model Higher Secondary School Saloora Ganderbal.
