for the 2024 General Elections in Narsapuram are Umabala Guduri (YSRCP), Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma(B.J.P Varma) (BJP), and K. B. R. Naidu (Congress). As per the latest trends of counting
of votes for 2024 Lok Sabha elections, BJP's Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma Has Won in This Lok Sabha Seat. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Narsapuram seat was won by YSRCP
