The Mandalorian has been eagerly anticipated by UK viewers ever since it first landed in the US back in November. Now the series has officially launched on the new streaming service, some


fans have been left confused as to why there are currently only two episodes available to stream and when more will be made available. WHAT DAY ARE NEW EPISODES OF THE MANDALORIAN RELEASED?


Star Wars fans are now able to finally watch the first live-action series in the UK, following the launch of Disney+ on March 24. The Mandalorian is a new series focused around a mysterious


bounty hunter who is sent on his most unique mission yet. With the launch of Disney+ in the UK, viewers were given access to the first two episodes of the new series. However, the whole

episode three available to watch on Friday, March 27. Then the remaining episodes will be released weekly on Fridays on Disney+, in line with how it was released in the US. There are eight


episodes in total in the first season, which means the finale should become available on May 1 on the platform. All of the outings are of varying lengths and were written by the show’s


executive producer Jon Favreau, who was also behind films like Iron Man and The Lion King. WHAT ELSE IS AVAILABLE TO WATCH ON DISNEY+? Alongside The Mandalorian, the new streaming service


features a number of major series for fans to watch. Landing on the service alongside the Star Wars series are a number of unique specially-created shows for Disney+. This includes a series


called Encore!, which invites people to reconnect which school friends to put on a performance of their high school musicals. As well as this, Jeff Goldblum fronts a documentary series


exploring the world around us and there is a series focused around the Toy Story character Forky. Disney also has a number of huge series in their line-up set to be released over the next


few years. Among these is another Star Wars live-action show which is focused on Ewan McGregor’s iteration of Obi-Wan Kenobi. Marvel is also making a major transition to television with


production beginning on Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Wandavision and Loki. However, it is not yet clear exactly when these series will be released as production has been halted due to the
