Bookmaker Coral has slashed its odd on the Queen leaving her role as the head of the Commonwealth during 2020. She has endured a tough year already, with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry
quitting royal senior life and issues surrounding her son Prince Andrew. And some believe this is having an impact on whether she will decide to continue in her role. The odds on the Queen
retired were slashed from 5-1 to 6-4. The bookie has placed odds on Charles to take over at 1-5. Prince William is at 3-1 to be the next King. Coral’s John Hill said: “Many punters feel as
though the Queen will step down from the throne in 2020 which has forced us to slash the odds on her abdicating. “Prince Charles is the long odds-on favourite to be the next monarch,
however, Prince William has proved popular in our betting to leapfrog his father on the ladder.” Fellow punters also believe that they know exactly what Meghan and Harry will do next now
they are living “financially independent” lives away from the royal family. Coral claims it has received a flurry of bets on either the Duke or Duchess of Sussex appearing on Dancing with
the Stars in the US. The odds are around 10-1 for the one of them to appear on the show. JUST IN: QUEEN WANTS MEGHAN MARKLE & HARRY BACK IN UK THIS LAST ENGAGEMENT It comes as Her
Majesty called Meghan Markle and Prince Harry back to Britain for a final engagement before they cease to be official royals. The Sussexes will cease to formally represent the Crown from
spring but before their step back is complete the Queen has asked them to return to Britain for a key event. The Queen has asked that the Duke and Duchess attend the annual Commonwealth
Service at Westminster Abbey. That event takes place on March 9, the Sunday Times reports.
