Prince Harry, 32, is currently visiting Malawi - where according to the Nyasa Times the royal is staying in a £350-a-night camp. However, before his trip - in which he will indulge in an

elephant safari in Liwonde National Park - Harry made a stop off in Toronto to see his girlfriend, Meghan Markle, 36. However, this was no meagre task and certainly not a short cut. The

excursion saw Prince Harry go an extra 11,569 miles out of his way. This very romantic gesture meant a lot of extra travelling for the Prince. According to a source for E! News, Harry and

Meghan spent the weekend in Toronto relaxing on the actress’s patio. Harry and Meghan spent the weekend “cooking meals together and eating outside in the garden a lot. It’s Meghan's 

favourite ‘room’ in the house. She calls it a room because it’s the perfect patio space,” the source claimed. Harry then continued his trip from Toronto to Malawi. There is no direct flight

from Toronto to Lilongwe - Malawi’s airport. One route the Prince could have taken would have seen him board a flight from Toronto on to Washington, D.C, taking one hour and 38 minutes,

followed by a Layover in Washington taking three hours and 22 minutes. The Prince could have then boarded a 13 hour and 15 minute flight from Washington to Addis Ababa, the capital of

Ethiopia. After another two hour and 35 minute layover the Prince may have boarded a four hour flight from Addis Ababa to Lilongwe.  This whole trip would take a whopping 22 hours and 50

minutes. The round trip to see Meghan would have totalled 30 hours and 50 minutes - when taking into account the eight hour flight from London to Toronto. The romantic gesture is fitting, as

it is rumoured the Prince will propose to his actress girlfriend soon. The Prince is rumoured to be having an engagement ring made from his late mother Prince Diana's engagement ring

for his Suits beau Meghan Markle - and it will have an emerald stone in the centre.
