Services and Supports State Scorecard, and the Valuing the Invaluable estimates of the economic value of family caregiving. In addition, he provides methodological and statistical assistance


across the Public Policy Institute on a variety of topics, and represents AARP on several technical expert panels and advisory groups relating to home- and community-based services quality


measurement. Before joining AARP, Houser worked as a think tank policy analyst and taught classes in statistics and public policy. He earned a doctorate in measurement, statistics, and
