Our Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC - also known as "Portland Clinic") provides services for Veterans who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. CRRC offers


housing placement, mental health, primary care and social work. The CRRC is part of the VA Portland Health Care System. Please note: NO EMERGENCY SERVICES are available at this location.
