patients and families looking for non-denominational support. They’re here to listen and offer spiritual and emotional support as you struggle with tough questions and ethical decisions.


INPATIENT REHABILITATION The Inpatient Rehabilitation Program serves eligible veterans over the age of 18 who may benefit from inpatient rehabilitation services after sustaining a stroke,


spinal cord injury or disease, amputation, brain injury or neurological disorder, bone or joint injury or disease or a complex medical condition that meets admission criteria. OUTPATIENT


PAIN REHABILITATION The Outpatient Pain Rehabilitation Program (OPRP) is based on an interdisciplinary model of care for patients with chronic pain. The program uses multiple specialties and


alternative approaches to manage pain. In addition to your current treatment plan,  we will develop an individualized plan of care for you. You will learn new ways to manage your pain and


improve your daily functioning.  TRANSITION AND CARE MANAGEMENT The Transition and Care Management Program offers case management services to all Veterans who have served since September 11,


2001 and are transitioning to civilian life.
