Margaret Towers, PharmD is PGY2 psychiatric pharmacy resident at VA North Texas health care system. Dr. Towers was born in San Antonia, Texas and raised in Gilbert, Arizona. She received her
undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Arizona State University then received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2022 from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy. She completed her
PGY-1 residency training at Banner Boswell in Sun City, Arizona. Her professional interests include mental health and transitions of care. Outside of residency, she enjoys trying new
restaurants, paddleboarding, and Pilates.
