Dr. Becky Rhoads was appointed Executive Director for the VA Connecticut Healthcare System on October 8, 2023. Dr. Rhoads previously served as the Associate Director for the White River
Junction VA Healthcare System in Vermont from 2018 - 2023. She began her VA career at the White River Junction VA Medical Center in June 2009. She was a staff audiologist and was then
selected for the Chief of Audiology position, where she served until 2016 when she moved to health care administration. She was detailed as Interim Director for two VA facilities in the
past: the White River Junction VA Healthcare System in 2021 and the Lexington VA Health Care System in Lexington, Kentucky in 2022. Dr. Rhoads has extensive experience in outpatient clinical
care for Veterans and health care administration. Dr. Rhoads is also a 2017 graduate of the premier VA Health Care Leadership Development Program and a 2021 graduate of the Senior Executive
Assessment Program. Dr. Rhoads is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a dual degree in Communication Sciences and Psychology. She earned a Doctorate in Audiology from Northeastern
University in 2008.
