Director of the Veterans System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, Arkansas; Acting Assistant/Associate Director and Business Office Chief of both the Memphis, Tennessee, and Boston,


Massachusetts VA Healthcare Systems; Medical Administrative Officer of Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia; and as Operations Manager of Radiology at Jesse Brown VA


Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. A Veteran himself, Mr. Warren served in the U.S. Army as an armor crewman. In addition to serving four years in the Army, Mr. Warren has 29 years of


combined federal service. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Warren received an associate degree in Radiology from Malcom X College in Chicago, and a bachelor's degree in Arts, Business


and Technology from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois. He obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on health administration, from the


University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
