HOPE ALLEN Hope Allen, Pharm.D., received a B.S. in biomedical sciences from Troy University before obtaining her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University. She completed a PGY1

pharmacy residency at Central Alabama Veterans Health Care. After completing her residency, she initially accepted an inpatient clinical pharmacy practitioner position. She currently serves

as the patient-aligned care team (PACT) pharmacist supervisor and precepts residents during their pharmacy administration rotation. She is also an affiliate faculty member for the Auburn

University Harrison College of Pharmacy. ANISA BRITT  Anisa Britt, Pharm.D., received a B.S. in biology from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University before earning her Doctorate of

Pharmacy from Hampton University in 2019.  Upon graduation, she practiced as a staff pharmacist at CVS and then transitioned to residency in 2020. She completed a PGY1 and a PGY2 psychiatric

pharmacy residency at Tuscaloosa VAMC in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. After residency, she began practicing at CAVHCS as the mental health clinical pharmacy practitioner. She serves as a preceptor

for PGY1 residents and advanced pharmacy practice experience students. SHANNON CASH Shannon Cash, Pharm.D., BCPS, received a B.S. in biochemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology

before earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 2016. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency and a PGY2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency

at the Columbia VA Health Care System in Columbia, South Carolina. After her residency, she stayed with the Columbia VA as the patient-aligned care team/women's health clinical

pharmacy practitioner. She served as a preceptor for PGY1 residents and advanced pharmacy practice experience students. She transferred to V.A. Central Alabama Health Care in 2021 as a

patient-aligned care team clinical pharmacy practitioner at the Poydasheff clinic in Columbus, GA. She serves as a preceptor for the patient-aligned care team learning experience, as well as

a preceptor for ambulatory care for P4 students from Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy. ELIZABETHBROOKS  Elizabeth (Beth) Brooks, Pharm.D., received her B.S. in biology from

Georgetown College before obtaining her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University in 2021. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Central Alabama Veterans Health Care. After

completion of her residency, she accepted a position as a Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner Float at the Columbus CBOCs. She serves as a mentor on residency projects and works with residents on

their ambulatory care rotations.  ALICIA CRAWFORD Alicia Crawford, Pharm.D., BCGP, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University in 2013. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy

residency at V.A. Central Alabama Health Care. She continued her career at the V.A. Central Alabama Health Care as an inpatient clinical pharmacy practitioner providing care for patients in

the community living center. She is an affiliate faculty member of Auburn University College of Pharmacy and Hampton University School of Pharmacy. She is a co-preceptor for the community

living center and home-based primary care learning experience. MORGAN FRANKLIN Morgan Franklin, Pharm.D., BCPS, received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Auburn University. After graduation, she

completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. After completing her PGY1, she chose to pursue specialty training in ambulatory care and

academia by completing a PGY2 pharmacy residency at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in Athens, Georgia. Following her post-graduate training, she accepted a position with the

Central Alabama VA as a patient-aligned care team clinical pharmacy practitioner at the Fort Benning Community Based Outpatient Clinic located just outside Columbus, Georgia.  She has now

transitioned into the role of academic detailing pharmacist for the Central Alabama VA. In this role, she works to disseminate the most up-to-date evidence-based medicine practices to

facility staff to improve Veteran healthcare. Her areas of interest include the management of chronic disease states such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, gout, hyperthyroidism,

and much more. She is a preceptor for an academic detailing elective rotation for pharmacy residents.    JAYCEE MANDERNACH  Jaycee Mandernach, Pharm.D., BCPS, obtained her Bachelor of

Science degree in human physiology and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Iowa. She then completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System.

After residency, Mandernach worked at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System in Nashville, where she obtained her board certification in pharmacotherapy. Mandernach currently works as an

ambulatory care clinical pharmacist practitioner for the Fort Moore clinic. She enjoys precepting both pharmacy students and residents. CASSIDY MOSES Cassidy Moses, Pharm.D., received a B.S.

degree in biomedical sciences from Auburn University before obtaining her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at V.A. Central Alabama

Health Care. She has worked at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in the patient-aligned care team and anticoagulation clinics. Currently, she serves as a patient-aligned care team and

clinical pharmacy practitioner at Central Alabama Veterans Health Care and as a residency preceptor for ambulatory care rotations. She is an affiliate faculty member for the Auburn

University Harrison College of Pharmacy. LYNSEY NEIGHBORS Lynsey Neighbors, Pharm.D., BCPS, is a clinical pharmacy practitioner in home-based primary care and serves as the PGY1 residency

program coordinator. She has previously served as the PGY1 residency program director (2012-2016) and associate chief of pharmacy for clinical services (2015-2019). She received a B.S. in

biology from the University of Alabama before graduating with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency with East Alabama Medical Center

and Auburn University. She worked as a decentralized acute care pharmacist at East Alabama Medical Center prior to accepting an ambulatory care position at V.A. Central Alabama. She precepts

residents for their home-based primary care rotations as well as for their longitudinal medication safety and professional presentations and learning experiences. She also accepts

fourth-year pharmacy students from Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy. Her practice interests include geriatrics, medication safety, and quality improvement. MARY ELIZABETH

O'BARR Mary Elizabeth O'Barr, Pharm.D., earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical sciences cum laude with honors from Auburn University in 2013. She earned her Doctor of

Pharmacy degree from the Eshleman School of Pharmacy, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, in 2018. After graduation, she completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at the Auburn University

Harrison School of Pharmacy Clinical Health Services. She then went on to complete specialized pain and palliative care training through a PGY2 residency at the Birmingham VA Medical Center

in Birmingham, AL. She joined V.A. Central Alabama Health Care as a clinical pharmacy practitioner in pain management in 2020, then transitioned into her current role as PMOP coordinator in

2021. She serves on multiple committees, including the pain management committee and advanced pharmacy planning committee. She also leads the opioid risk mitigation patient review meetings

and is an active member of the Alabama Society of Health-System Pharmacists membership committee. SHELLEY POOLER Shelley Pooler, Pharm.D., BCACP, received a B.S. in chemistry from Auburn

University before graduating with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2005. She worked in retail and hospital pharmacy before accepting a position as a clinical pharmacist at V.A. Central

Alabama Health Care in 2008. She currently serves as a patient-aligned care team clinical pharmacy practitioner at the Wiregrass VA Clinic in Fort Rucker, Alabama. She provides medication

management services for patients with various disease states encountered in the ambulatory care setting, and she serves as a preceptor for the ambulatory care learning experiences. Her

learning experience provides a unique opportunity for pharmacy students and residents to learn in a V.A. community-based outpatient clinic located at an Army installation. LAUREN RASS Lauren

Rass, Pharm.D., BCPS, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University in 2012. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at V.A. Central Alabama Health Care in 2013. After

residency, she joined V.A. Central Alabama Health Care as an inpatient pharmacist before transitioning to primary care in 2014. She provides medication management services for patients with

various diseases encountered in the ambulatory setting. She is a preceptor for the residency ambulatory care rotations. She also accepts fourth-year pharmacy students from Auburn University

Harrison College of Pharmacy for their ambulatory care rotations and serves on the women's health committee. SEBASTIAN SKORDALLOS Sebastian Skordallos, Pharm.D., MM, BCPS, BCACP,

graduated from Lipscomb University with a dual degree in Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Management in 2017.  He completed his PGY1 and PGY2 residency (Ambulatory Care) at the Tennessee

Valley VA in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been at CAVHCS since November 2020 in his current role as associate chief of pharmacy for clinical pharmacy services. ADRIANNA SMITH Adrianna Smith,

Pharm.D., BCACP, obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She also completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at the University of Arkansas for

Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. Before coming to V.A. Central Alabama Health Care in 2022, she worked as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacy practitioner at the V.A. Central Arkansas

Health Care System. She is currently an ambulatory care residency preceptor at the Fort Moore Community Based Outpatient Clinic. EILEEN SORDO Eileen Sordo, Pharm.D., BCPP, earned her Doctor

of Pharmacy degree from Touro College of Pharmacy in New York City in 2013. After graduation, she completed a PGY1 residency at the V.A. Miami Health Care System in Miami, Florida. In 2015,

she completed a PGY2 psychiatric pharmacy residency at the V.A. Western New York Health Care in Buffalo, New York. She has been the CPP for the mental health residential rehabilitation

treatment program (MHRRTP) since August 2016 at the  Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, where she also assists in mental health population health management initiatives and

precepts pharmacy residents during their mental health rotations.    PAMELA STAMM Pamela Stamm, Pharm.D., BCPS, BCACP, CDCES, FASHP, FCCP, is an associate professor in the Department of

Pharmacy Practice at Auburn University. She received her B.S. degree in pharmacy from Saint Louis College of Pharmacy, now the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis,

Missouri. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina, in 1996. Following graduation, she completed one year of post-doctoral

training as a primary care resident at The Medical Center and Lakeland Family Practice, Jackson, Mississippi. She joined the faculty of Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy in

1997. She joined V.A. Central Alabama Health Care in 2006 after previously providing services in a family medicine residency program and at the Auburn University Pharmaceutical Care Center.

At VA Central Alabama Health Care, she serves as a patient-aligned care team clinical pharmacy practitioner. She is active in the Alabama Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American

Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. She precepts residents during an elective academic rotation and

serves as faculty within the Auburn University resident teaching and learning program. PERRY THOMPSON Perry Thompson, Pharm.D., completed his undergraduate and professional studies at

Auburn University, graduating with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2020. He completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency with V.A. Central Alabama Health Care. After his residency, he joined the

staff as an inpatient clinical pharmacy practitioner. In January 2024, he transitioned to the role of  Automated Data Processing Application Coordinator (ADPAC) for the pharmacy department.

He serves as the preceptor for the pharmacy informatics elective. BRITTANY TILL  Brittany Till, Pharm.D., completed her undergraduate prerequisites at Auburn University of Montgomery before

earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University's Harrison College of Pharmacy in 2020. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Baptist Medical Center South in

Montgomery, Alabama. After her residency, she stayed at Baptist Medical Center South as an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist. She served as a preceptor for PGY1 residents and advanced

pharmacy practice experience students. She transferred to V.A. Central Alabama Health Care in 2023 and is a preceptor for the anticoagulation learning experience. BRITNEY WILLIS Britney

Willis, Pharm.D., received a B.S. in biomedical science from Auburn University before earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Harrison College of Pharmacy at Auburn University in

2016. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System in Montgomery, AL. After completing her residency, she accepted a position with Central

Alabama VA as a specialty clinical pharmacy practitioner in the Hepatitis C clinic. Britney transitioned to her current role as a patient-aligned care team clinical pharmacy practitioner in

2019. She has served as a preceptor and mentor to PGY1 residents during her time with Central Alabama VA. LEAH WINCHESTER Leah Winchester, Pharm.D., MBA, BCPS, received her Bachelor of

Science in Biochemistry at The University of Arkansas, her Master of Business Administration at The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and her Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of

Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, where she now works as a Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner (CPP) in the

anticoagulation clinic. She serves as a preceptor for the anticoagulation learning experience and also as a mentor for residency projects and journal club presentations. CRISSY WOOD Crissy

Wood, Pharm.D., BCACP, is a clinical pharmacy practitioner for home-based primary care clinics. In 2003, she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University.  In 2004, she

completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama. She came to V.A. Central Alabama Health Care in 2010 to serve as the clinical pharmacy practitioner

for geriatric primary care and home-based primary care. She has been an affiliate clinical professor for Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy since 2004, precepting 4th-year

pharmacy students.
