The AIIMS panel’s report declaring Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic death a case of suicide matches the conclusion that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) reached after they

reconstructed the crime scene. Now, the audit of Sushant’s bank account shows Rs 55 lakh transaction between the late actor and Rhea Chakraborty. According to a report in a news portal, Rhea

Chakraborty continues to be under the scanner for abetment to suicide. However, the CBI is yet to find any motive for abetment. An audit of Sushant’s bank account was recently conducted

which did not suggest that Rhea siphoned off funds and this led to the actor’s suicide. The report also added that there have been over Rs 70 crore worth of transactions through Rajput’s

accounts in the past five years, but only about Rs 55 lakh have been found to have been associated with the ‘Jalebi’ actress. Most of these were reportedly expenses on travel, spas, and

gifts. The report also stated that there are many angles to the suicide and the CBI’s investigation is still on. After the late actor’s death, his father KK Singh had accused Rhea

Chakraborty of abetment to suicide and siphoning of Rs 15 crores from his son's account in his FIR against the actress in Patna police station. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in

his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
