If you tell someone that you want to jump out of a plane without a parachute, you’d probably be asked to see a doctor for suicidal tendencies. But if you say the same thing to Luke Aikins of
Texas, he'll probably say 'been there, done that'. Believe it or not, Aikins is the first person ever to skydive without a parachute from 25,000 feet and land safely. He has now officially
entered the Guinness Book of World Records for his daredevil stunt.
The 44-year-old is a professional skydiver and BASE (Bridge, Antenna, Span and Earth) jumper. He has even worked on stunts for Marvel’s Iron Man movies and has helped stuntman Felix
Baumgartner in his record-breaking space jump.
The historic jump, captured by radio host Ken Rutkowski, shows Aikins in the air with three other skydivers. He and his partners land successfully on a huge white net set up at least 150
feet from the surface. He shared the video on his Twitter account.

"I'm almost levitating, it's incredible. This thing just happened. I can't even express how I feel," Aikins said after his record-breaking dive.
