could continue its stellar run as they have a strong line of projects slated to be launched in the next few quarters. They have got the commencement certificate for the land that they had
acquired from GlaxoSmith in Worli. They are just waiting for the new Development Plan to come up, and then they will decide the fate of that land. The project could either be housing or
retail. The company is also looking at doing away with phase wise construction. Vikas Oberoi, CMD of the Oberoi Realty clarified on this in a conference call that the company has hired some
of the best contractors of the world. The company is capable of construction of projects in one go. Oberoi Realty is going to do stellar in the next few quarters.
