Dunsborough coastline, only days after a sighting off Leighton beach near Fremantle.
It was spotted by the Surf Life Saving WA helicopter on Friday at about 2.45pm.
The helicopter crew also spotted an unidentified 3.5m shark about 100m off Abbey beach about 1.50pm.
