Stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui, arrested by Indore police nearly two weeks ago for allegedly hurting religious sentiments during a show, has now moved the Madhya Pradesh High Court

the comedian did not crack the allegedly objectionable jokes, adding that he "was going to do it.”
