It's a tiny concept set up on the corner of a street: the new Bloom Studio, a place to take a break, to take some time for ourselves and stop our hectic routine for a few minutes.

On one side, you have the studio's wellness store, with products from carefully selected brands, for their eco-responsible commitment and their French or European origins: candles, oils,

home fragrances, incense... "There's everything you need to recreate a meditation experience at home," explains Candice, one of the partners who created the Studio.

Bloom is the place to recreate a connection around meditation, to practice it and to connect with people around. At each session, Eugénie, creator of the place and Candice's associate,

proposes a theme around which to anchor oneself. Gratitude, loving-kindness... This meditation enthusiast discovered the practice "because" of her former job: a journalist by profession, she

covered many traumatic events and suffered a lot of stress, to which only meditation presented itself as a solution. "It is often in a moment of suffering that we discover mediation", she

explains, before launching the session and guiding the participants on the floor, on the cushions provided for this purpose. The Bloom Studio has been thought of as a cocoon, a warm and

welcoming place where we can take a break from our fast-paced Parisian lives.

For some time now, Manon has also joined the Bloom Studio adventure, and between them, they form an efficient trio, "a bit like the 3 funny ladies", who welcome you with a positivity and an

energy that feels good. The Bloom studio does not only offermeditation sessions, but also many yoga classes, sound relaxation or treatments. Even if this studio is a "concentrated" version

of the other Bloom studio located in Etienne Marcel, you will find the essential, with several rooms. First, there is the one dedicated to the practice of meditation or yoga, with cushions,

floor mats and Himalayan salt lamps to light you up, or the second, a salt room where you come to relax and get a massage.

For a 30-minute meditation class, count 19 € and 28 € for a one-hour class. If you take packs of several classes, the rates are degressive. Otherwise, you can also take a break in the salt

room to recharge your positive energies. Count 10 € for 15 minutes in the room, 15 € for 30 minutes and 20 € for one hour. If you want to test the concept without committing yourself too

much, the Bloom offers a discovery package for 45 €, including 3 classes in the studio to be used over a month.

So, shall we go for a wellness break at the brand new Bloom Studio ?
