scenery and a vacation, but your budget's a little too tight? Good news: Paris offers VACATION VOUCHERS for young people aged 16 to 30. This scheme, called PARIS JEUNES VACANCES, can

get you 200 euros worth of vacation vouchers every year. Of course, certain conditions must be met to qualify for this financial aid. Eligible applicants must be aged between 16 AND 30 (on

the date of departure), and LIVING IN PARIS. These vouchers are available for trips lasting more than 3 days, during which you travel alone or with up to 5 friends. If you have free

accommodation during your trip, you are not eligible for this voucher. To obtain your checkbook, you need to fill in an online FORM, and provide a number of SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS to prove

your travel plans: proof of identity, proof of Parisian address, proof of tourist accommodation. You'll also need to present your vacation budget. To convince the committee to grant you

financial aid, you need to give details of your vacation plans, the cost of transport and accommodation, planned outings and their cost... The form even recommends attaching photographs or

slideshows to your vacation plans. Hurry up: if you want to go away this summer with Paris Jeunes Vacances, you have to submit your application BEFORE JUNE 2. If the commission approves your

application, you can collect your chequebook within three months from the RÉGIE GÉNÉRALE DE PARIS, located at Porte d'Ivry, in the 13th arrondissement. While we're waiting for the
