TV & Movies Rapper will play crime family scion-turned-vice cop in new Jerry Bruckheimer-produced show T.I. will star in Fox’s new police procedural _Atlanta’s Most Wanted_, according to


_The Hollywood Reporter_. Jerry Bruckheimer will produce the series while T.I. is also attached as an executive producer. _Atlanta’s Most Wanted_ will center around Marcus Armstrong (T.I.),


the son of an Atlanta crime boss who is recruited to join a vice squad investigating new criminal elements throughout Atlanta. Armstrong’s precarious partnership with the cops, however,


will threaten his own long-held secret, which could derail his entire life. Seasoned screenwriter Rodney Barnes will pen the _Atlanta’s Most Wanted _pilot. Barnes has previously served as a


writer and producer on several sitcoms and comedies including _The Boondocks, Everybody Hates Chris_ and _My Wife and Kids_. He also recently co-wrote an adaptation of _Arc of Justice___, a


book about the landmark Civil Rights trial of Ossian Sweet. TRENDING STORIES Along with _Atlanta’s Most Wanted_, T.I. is working on an array of film and TV projects. His VH1 reality series,


_The Family Hustle_, just wrapped its sixth season, while he’s also developing a new single-camera office comedy with Kevin Hart for Showtime called _The Studio_, which centers around the


goings-on at a recording studio. As for his movie career, T.I. is set to begin filming a new feature comedy, _The Trap_, with Mike Epps and over the summer he’ll get to work on Marvel’s


upcoming _Ant-Man _sequel. He’s also set to appear in the William H. Macy-directed comedy, _Krystal_.
