Taylor Swift took Florence Welch to Florida to perform “Florida!!!” On Friday, Oct. 18, the 34-year-old pop superstar brought out her friend and collaborator for her first of three Miami

shows at Hard Rock Stadium this weekend. And, fittingly, the duo performed their collaboration "Florida!!!" from Swift's 2024 album, _The Tortured Poets Department._ The

pair's performance comes two months after they performed the song live for the first time during Swift's Aug. 20 show in London. Swift and Welch, 38, also shared a sweet onstage

moment at the end of their Friday performance when Welch held her Swift’s head before embracing her with a hug, per fan-recorded footage. “FLORIDA!!! Thank you so much for having me

@TaylorSwift,” Welch wrote on a video posted on her Instagram Stories on Oct. 19. The surprise appearance by Welch comes on the first night of Swift's three-night stint at Hard Rock

Stadium, before she travels to New Orleans, Indianapolis and later Canada to wrap up her tour that started in March 2023. And while Welch joined Swift onstage, she wasn't the only

famous face in attendance on Friday night. Tom Brady, Serena Williams and more also attended as spectators, while Hoda Kotb, Jenna Bush Hager and Savannah Guthrie had a colleagues-night-out

with their families. "SWIFTIES!!!," the three women captioned a group shot from the concert. NEVER MISS A STORY — SIGN UP FOR PEOPLE'S FREE DAILY NEWSLETTER TO STAY UP-TO-DATE

writing on Instagram that she was "honoured to be in this department" and had a "hell of a time" working on it. Speaking with _British Vogue_ shortly after the release,

Welch described how working on the song made her forget about Swift's superstar stature. "I almost didn’t think of the scale of it," she said. "There’s the sort of

bigness of [Taylor Swift the phenomenon], and then there’s the Taylor I spend time with in the studio, who is just the sweetest and most down to earth." Describing how the song came to

be, Welch told the outlet that Swift came to her with "a concept and a story" for the track, something she described as her "favorite way to start" songwriting. "We

had such a fun time," she said, before mentioning the fan-fare of the moment. "And then when it came out I was like, ‘Oh, s---!'" Swift has been no stranger to bringing

out surprise guests throughout the Eras Tour. Swift has graced the stage with Marcus Mumford, Ice Spice, Maren Morris, Ed Sheeran, Hayley Williams, Gracie Abrams and even boyfriend Travis

Kelce, among others.
