Patrick Dempsey gave a rare glimpse of his twins, Sullivan and Darby Dempsey, in honor of their high school graduation. The “Grey’s Anatomy” alum took to Instagram Saturday to celebrate the

18-year-olds’ milestone with a sweet photo of them dressed up in blue graduation gowns. He and his wife, Jillian Fink, posed alongside the duo, coordinating their looks with matching tan
