over performance (110%). M contacted the BDA after many attempts to communicate and resolve the matter with the ICB over a period of 1.5 years approximately. The BDA picked up the case and,
by writing to the ICB on their behalf, were able to secure the statement and reimbursement. The facts are that M had agreed with their ICB to extend their UDA commitment up to 110% for the
