show, Emma recounted her experience, saying she was "very lucky" given the severity of such health scares. At 49 years young, the television presenter was joined by her husband,


Busted vocalist Matt Willis, 42, as they touched upon the positive impact of couples therapy on their relationship, describing it as the "best thing" for their bond. Lorraine, the


well-loved face of the ITV daytime programme, had just resumed her presenting duties following keyhole surgery aimed at removing a benign cysts from her ovaries. Fresh from her own surgical


journey, an empathetic Lorraine checked in with Emma, who had endured a considerably more intricate heart operation, reports OK!. The conversation deepened as Lorraine queried: "You


didn't even know?" Prompting Emma's revelation: "No, I found out in January, literally I'd had it my whole life." Article continues below Upon showing a


snapshot of Emma in a hospital robe, Lorraine quipped: "You even make that hospital gown look good woman, it's not fair." Interrupting politely, Emma took the opportunity to


extend her gratitude for the overwhelming support she received during her stay in the healthcare facility: "Do you know what, thank you actually, I haven't said that for all the


kindness online, it was really nice." She continued, expressing heartfelt thanks: "I genuinely just wanted to thank the hospital because they've been so amazing and everybody


that looked after me, they were great." Emma delved into her health scare, acknowledging how "lucky" she had been and shared: "But the amount of people that I have spoken


to since that have said 'that happened to me and I found out after having a stroke'." She added with relief: "That then really makes you think 'oh that's what


I could have been dealing with,' I was so lucky." The conversation took a turn when Lorraine curiously inquired about how Emma came to discover her condition, prompting Emma to


reveal her experience with "very high cholesterol" which led to further medical investigation. It was during a standard scan that doctors unveiled Emma's condition of an


"enlarged heart". Despite this serious diagnosis, Emma admitted that she originally attributed many of her symptoms to "hormonal changes", failing to consider other
