Your article makes so much sense! In 2011, at age 58 and out of shape on all levels, I was chosen for CNN Fit Nation and received everything I needed to complete the Nautica NYC Triathlon,
including a personal coach. Three months into intense daily swimming, biking and running, I wasn’t losing any weight (and there was plenty there to lose). My coach had me keep a food journal
for a week and I’ll never forget his phone call: “You’re never going to lose any weight if you don’t start eating—Stop having a shrimp cocktail for supper and get a hamburger!” I didn’t get
