others. Time to share back with you. Throughout my career and climb to the CEO position, whenever I ran into what seemed to be a really tough challenge or worry, I’d find a friend with a
toddler and ask if I could “take care” of them for the morning or afternoon. What I was really doing was caring plus research: Observing and remembering all of the movements, questions,
thoughts of the child, who could talk and communicate, but not get caught up in adult fears, lies or misinformation. Example: Not at all “playing with food” but learning that a pea, when
dropped in milk, will sink to the bottom and a potato chip floats on the top. Wonderful!
