To write a story for mainstream America requires me to ignore my experience in life to tell them a story they want to hear. I’m grateful more want to hear my story today, at least more do
today than ever before because more people understand it better now. Also, it does not threaten those except the meanest of the mean, and I think those folks are now well surrounded by
friends who understand that we will need our prolific humanity to expand once gravity and atmospheres can be maintained on other planets, the moons, etc. After all, survival is a fundamental
need for all. Economics is a basic class in Survival 101. Basic economics is that according to smart dude, 6% of the ocean’s are presently being protected, and the best guess is we we need
30% to maintain present day species populations. For me, that’s a big job for economic benefit for someone who know how to work with oceans. I think oil & gas r&d or shipping folks.
#neweconomies bring together different fields to learn about environmental sustainability, and, ultimately, taking those skills to expand cosmically. (Source for ocean numbers came from a
Richard Branson g+/blog article, I think he’s smart and is trying hard to be a smart human.)
