THE STORE HOSTS FOUR UNIQUE DESIGNER BRANDS UNDER ONE ROOF 18:00, 20 May 2025 Liverpool ONE’s newest flagship designer store has officially opened. TFG London is now welcoming customers
through its door from today, Tuesday, May 20, in what is the brand's largest shop. The 12,000 sq ft South John Street store houses coveted brands Hobbs, Phase Eight, Inside Story, and
Whistles, making it a one-stop shop for “four favourites”. Hobbs is known for its classic, fashionable looks, Phase Eight for its occasion wear, and Whistles for contemporary womenswear.
Whereas homeware brand Inside Story offers soft furnishings and décor, along with specialist collections such as bridal and petite ranges and a luxury styling suite for event shoppers.
Liverpool ONE took to Instagram to announce the opening. The company said: “All under one roof. So good, you’ll want to make a day of it.” In April last year, a £90m TFG refinancing facility
was agreed to support its growth strategy. TFG global retail director Caraline Money said: “Our new store strategy is focused on opening bigger and better stores in prominent shopping
destinations like Liverpool where we have built a loyal ever-growing customer base. Article continues below "The new store will enable us to showcase our full collection, offering our
customers complete head-to-toe outfit suggestions for every occasion in our beautiful, enhanced store environment." The multi-brand store occupies the space above Liverpool’s first and
highly anticipated Sephora store. It opens to the public on Thursday, May 22, in what has been a huge few weeks for the shopping complex. Last weekend saw hundreds of people queue as
lifestyle brand MINISO officially landed in the city. The Chinese retailer chose a 3,000 sq ft site in Liverpool ONE to make its debut in the city. MINISO opened its first store in China in
2013 and has since established a massive store network worldwide. As expected, the city’s store stocks the brand’s wide selection of popular collectables, plushies, beauty products, and
snacks. The shelves are filled with many products, from Chinese sweet treats and drinks to adorable teddies. Shoppers can get their hands on products from Hello Kitty to Lilo and Stitch and
Pokémon, among many others. A day prior saw the reopening of Boux Avenue in its permanent home. Dragon's Den entrepreneur Theo Paphitis launched the store in September 2012 but after
more than a decade of operations on Upper South John Street, the brand moved to Peter's Lane. The shift was in order to accommodate fashion retailer Zara's expansion, which saw the
brand jump from a 27,000 sq ft unit to 42,000 sq ft. Article continues below The new store, found on the bottom floor of Liverpool ONE, has an expansive array of collections across all
three categories, including a new ‘summer sorbet’ swimwear collection. Other collections in the swimwear range include the ‘Ibiza’ and popular ‘Amalfi’ with balconette and plunge bikini top
styles.
