it can be nice to experience longer evenings, the increased temperatures can also make it harder to sleep. There are many products on the market that claim to make summer sleeping easier.


These include duvets, mattresses and pillows. One of these products has recently come to Aldi’s special buy aisle is the Silentnight smart sleep temperature regulating pillow. The pillow


landed in the supermarket's 'middle aisle' on May 25. As with all special buy products, the item will be available as long as stocks last. The pillow, which is said to be


“ideal for hot sleepers” is on sale online for £12.99. The pillow was previously on a reduced to clear sale at Tesco for £7.20 but has since sold out. According to Aldi the product works in


part by “wicking away any moisture to keep you comfortable throughout the night”. One TikToker shared a video of the pillows in store and also pointed out other so called ‘stay cool’


products. Other Silentnight temperature control pillows use a ‘cooling gel’ which they say prevents overheating. One of these products on sale at Argos is the Silentnight wellbeing cool


touch medium pillow. The gel-based product received some bad reviews with one shopper saying that “within five minutes of laying on it [the gel] heats up”. Another said that the “the gel
