Danny Miller, who plays Aaron Dingle on Emmerdale, has spoken about the much-anticipated reunion of his character with Robert Sugden amidst swirling rumours. Devotees of the show are abuzz
with the speculation that Aaron is soon to wed John Sugden (played by Oliver Farnworth), however, buzz is growing that Aaron's former flame Robert (portrayed by Ryan Hawley) may be
making a dramatic return to the village. Last month, chatter emerged suggesting Robert Sugden might reappear in Emmerdale six years following his prison sentence. Having been incarcerated
since 2019 for the assault on Victoria Sugden's assailant Lee Posner, which led to a brain haemorrhage and death, his potential comeback is poised to whip up chaos in Aaron and
John's lives. Danny was coy when quizzed about the future plot twists during his appearance on Tuesday's Loose Women broadcast (May 27). Endeavouring to remain discreet about the
future narrative, Miller managed to say, "It's so weird. The line has just gone down. "Look, I have to say this we're merely pawns in a massive chess set here at
Emmerdale." He went on to share, "What I will say that there are some surprises, whether that happens or not I don't know, but what I can say is originally when this idea was
pitched and thought about Robert, whoever that is, wasn't part of the plan but you'll have to wait and see. I can't remember.", reports Leeds Live. The Sun, citing an
insider source, proclaimed the secretive nature of Robert's potential homecoming: "It's the biggest secret in soapland but Robert is returning to Emmerdale. "Ryan has a
lot of respect for the show and its fans and he really wanted to give them a treat so he agreed to come back for a brief stint. "It's going to be a huge surprise for fans
especially the Robron fans who have missed Robert desperately since Ryan quit. "Nothing was seen as being too extreme to keep the secret with fake names on scripts, smuggling him in and
out of the studios and keeping everything very tight." EMMERDALE AIRS WEEKNIGHTS ON ITV1 AT 7.30PM AND AVAILABLE TO STREAM FROM 7AM ON ITVX AND LOOSE WOMEN AIRS WEEKDAYS ON ITV1 AND
