Frank A. Grisanti, 67, a management consultant recognized as a national leader in leveraged buyouts. A “corporate doctor,” Grisanti was recognized for his ability to resurrect ailing
companies. Over the years he had been head of Mid-Atlantic Coca-Cola, General Automation, International Industries and Pertec Corp., among others. At his death Tuesday in Los Angeles of the
complications of cancer, he was chairman of Deutschman & Co., a leveraged acquisition firm.
