1981 to 1985. In addition, those charged are accused of engaging in a statewide criminal conspiracy to fabricate thousands of company records to deceive outside auditors and conceal the


theft, New York state Medicaid special prosecutor Edward Kuriansky said. Professional Care Inc., based in Plainview, N.Y., provides home nursing, medical equipment and respiratory care
