A People’s Conference worker, who was critically injured last week after falling from a moving vehicle at a rally near Bakhi Haker area of Handwara here, succumbed to his injuries today. The


worker Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, a resident of Bhawan Watser inRajwar area, had gone to attend a workers’ convection of People’s Conference atChinar Park in Handwara town on April 9. When the


vehicle (load carrier) he wasboarding, reached near Bakhi Hakhar, he suddenly fell from it and was injured. Mir had been immediately taken to Handwara district hospitalin an unconscious


state, from where the doctors referred him to SMHS forfurther treatment in critical condition. Mir was battling for life at the SMHS hospital Srinagar forseven days and today in the morning
