on the use of wheat, barley and oats by wheat millers, flour producers, brewers, distillers, maltsters and oatmeal millers in the UK in 2016. Each statistical notice gives the figures

available at the time of publication and the figures may be subject to revision as new information becomes available. The latest publication and accompanying data sets can be found here. In

May 2016 the monthly publication was discontinued replaced by a quarterly statistical notice. The quarterly notice includes additional information on flour production and stocks of cereal
