DETAILS OF THE APPLICATION Aviadale Limited and Sentry Limited trading as Frinton Farm Partners has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence. The Environment Agency is giving notice


of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006. The application is


for a full licence to abstract water from the Kirby Brook at Frinton-On-Sea, Essex between National Grid References TM 22391 19920 to TM 23022 19864. The application is to abstract water as


follows: * 108 cubic metres an hour * 2,592 cubic metres a day * 40,000 cubic metres a year * at a maximum instantaneous rate of 30 litres per second between November and March inclusive in


each year. The water will be used for transfer to storage for subsequent spray irrigation use. Further details are: a lined storage reservoir of at least 40,000 cubic metres of water
