TikTok sensation @courageous. wellness has turned the often-overlooked frozen pea into a viral culinary hit with a simple yet delicious recipe. The creator said: "If you ever thought peas

were boring, think again.

"This is the most delicious and simple way to get some veggies in. Just try not to eat the whole thing before dinner.

"I really can't explain why it's so amazing, but you have vegetables, some healthy fats, a little salt, a little sugar and garlic. It's truly just amazing, try yours today."

According to the Express, by adding a touch of crushed garlic, a pinch of sea salt, and an optional dash of sugar, this innovative recipe elevates the humble pea with a perfectly balanced

sweet and salty flavour, completed with a hint of garlic, reports Nottinghamshire Live.

Ingredients:

One tablespoon of grass-fed butter

Half a bag of frozen peas

A clove of fresh garlic, crushed

Sprinkle of sea salt

Sprinkle of sugar, optional

Method:

Simply melt the high-quality butter in a frying pan before adding in half a bag of frozen peas.

Cook for a few minutes to coat the peas in the butter, and then add in your garlic clove and sea salt.

Cook for seven to 10 minutes, and optionally add sugar for an extra sweet edge.

The result is a glossy, scrumptious bowl of peas offering a mix of sweet and salty notes with a gentle garlic infusion.
