A man who is wanted by police on recall to prison has links to two Surrey towns. Surrey Police is urging the public to get in touch immediately if they see Stanley Newell. Police said he has


connections to Caterham and Epsom. People are asked to contact the force and quote the reference PR/45250063542 if they see him or know where he is. A police spokesperson said: "We are


appealing for the public’s help to find 19-year-old Stanley Newell who is wanted on recall to prison. Stanley is described as being around 5ft 5ins, of medium build and with brown hair and
