A man accused of attempted murder following a fire in Eston has appeared in court. Jonathan Price has been charged with the attempted murder of a woman on Monday, May 26. The 53-year-old did


not enter a plea to the single charge during a short hearing at Teesside Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, May 28. Emergency services were called to a fire at an address on California


Road, in Eston, at around 7.25pm on Monday, May 26. Cleveland Police has said the female occupant was confirmed as "safe and well". Price, of California Road, Eston, was remanded
