Trade Commission for the acquisition of the marine and offshore businesses of TTS Group ASA. MacGregor, a provider of intelligent maritime cargo and load handling and part of Cargotec
Corp., announced the acquisition in February. MacGregor received approval from the German regulator in November but is still waiting for the OK from the competition authority in China.
