Ingersoll-Rand will acquire the European manufacturer of truck and trailer refrigeration equipment for $123.48 million.   Ingersoll-Rand will acquire Frigoblock for 100 million euros


($123.48 million).   The acquisition is expected to close in the first half of 2015, subject to regulatory approval.   Essen, Germany-based Frigoblock manufacturers refrigeration equipment


for trucks and trailers for the European market.   Once the acquisition is complete, Frigoblock will become part of Ingersoll-Rand’s Transportation Solutions business, which operates under


the commercial name Thermo King.
