Fallon Sherrock beat Piers Morgan in a three-dart challenge on Good Morning Britain. The 25-year-old became the first female to win a match at the PDC World Darts Championship last night

when she dispatched Ted Evetts 3-2. And now she revelled in her new found celebrity by toppling ITV host Morgan in a three-dart challenge on GMB. She was challenge by Morgan on the set of

the show and looked in trouble when she could only manage 41 with her three darts, hitting 20, 1, and 20 again. “Oh, I’ve got a chance here,” Morgan said as he walked up to count her total.

“41? Oh, I could do this with one dart - treble 20. Men’s pride restored, here we go.” But he could only manage 22 himself as he hit once twice and 20 once. “Well done, we love you,” Susanna

Reid said as she stood up clapping. And as he sat down again Morgan admitted: “I was beaten by a better player, I won’t even say your gender. It’s a really big moment. I was thrilled for

you last night. “It’s a really difficult thing to do, and you’ve proven really this is the ultimate feminism debate. You get in same playing field and you beat them.” Sherrock, who was BDO

Women's World Championship runner-up in 2015, came through a huge night at Alexandra Palace on Tuesday as she beat Evetts. She pocketed a £15,000 cheque, the biggest prize fund of her

career, and will claim £25,000 if she wins in the next round. And she now faces world number 11 Mensur Suljovic in the evening session on Saturday. READ MORE: HOW MUCH IS FALLON SHERROCK

WORTH? “It’s definitely a fun opportunity, I’m so excited to play one of the best people in the world next,” Sherrock told Dan Dawson. “I’m so excited, I’ll play my own game and see what

happens. “There’s nothing saying that I couldn’t up my average and beat Suljovic. “When the draw got done I was so excited I was determined to win my first game so I could play him. “There’s

nothing to say that if I won that I can’t go further in the tournament.”
