Death In Paradise is well used to changing its cast regularly on the BBC show. Jack Mooney (played by Ardal O’Hanlon) has been the resident detective on Saint Marie for the past couple of
years. However, could he be about to leave the island to make way for another episode? In a little clip for this evening, Jack can be seen chatting to Madeline (Aude Legastelois) as she
arrives by the police station. The pair are merely exchanging pleasantries and they prepare to enter the police station. But when they get there, Madeline is horrified to see something
truly shocking on the floor. In a synopsis for tonight’s episode, it seems the pair could discover a body in the police station. The show’s official Twitter account said: “Don’t miss the
season finale of Death In Paradise on @BBCOne this Thursday! “A horse trekking expedition is cut short when Jack discovers the death body of a rider in the most unexpected of places…”
Madeline is on Saint Marie to investigate the shooting of Florence Cassell (Josephine Jobert). It’s a completely normal procedure following on from the incident but Madeline will no doubt be
on high alert. However, will this discovery only lead to Madeline finding Jack guilty over Florence’s incident? Many fans are wondering if Jack will be leaving the island following on from
a different tease earlier in the week. In the trailer, Jack is seen calling his daughter, Siobhan (Grace Stone). He sits down in front of the computer where he asks if she is alright.
Siobhan worryingly admits things “aren’t great”, and she seems rather upset. Later on, Jack catches up with Commander Patterson (Don Warrington) and drops a bombshell. He says: “I need to
step away from the case, sir.” But will Jack really leave in the coming episode? _DEATH IN PARADISE CONTINUES TONIGHT ON BBC ONE AT 9PM._
