I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! saw Harry Redknapp crowned King of the Jungle last night.  And following a stellar series, the viewing figures for the grand finale have been revealed.

According to ITV, the I’m A Celebrity final attracted a huge peak audience of 12.1million or a 56 per cent share tuning in.  This was not only the highest peak audience of the series, but

the highest rating final since 2013.  Last night’s finale show averaged 10.9million or 48.2 per cent share, which was an increase of 1.7million viewers on the audience to last year’s final.

Overall, this year’s series has pulled in incredible statistics.  Based on seven day consolidated data, this year’s series averaged 12.2million viewers, making it the highest rating series

in the show’s history.  Ahead of this year's series, there was one major change to the popular ITV show.  Instead of the most popular presenting duo, Declan Donnelly and Ant McPartlin,

fronting the show, Holly Willoughby joined Dec. It came as Ant decided to step down from all presenting duties this year following his drink-drive charge.  With Holly and Dec presenting

andan all star celebrity line-up, millions of viewers tuned in to find out who would this year's champion. Over the series, scenes showed the eleven campmates take on a variety of

Bushtucker Trials all in hope of winning stars in return for food.  Whilst the series got off to a calm start, one arrival turned camp upside down.  Noel Edmonds was the final celebrity to

join the show a few days later than everyone else. He took on the role of The Emperor and took charge of his fellow campmates.  However, he failed to impress the viewers and was the first to

leave the show.  But for Emily Atack and John Barrowman they made it all the way to the final.  After completing the final three Bushtucker Trials, John took third place.  Whereas Emily

became the runner-up.  _I’M A CELEBRITY… GET ME OUT OF HERE! AIRS TONIGHT AT 9.10PM ON ITV. _
