BBC Weather has forecast another scorcher of a day with temperatures expected to exceed 28C. If so, then May 7, 2018 will officially become the hottest earliest May Bank Holiday on record


beating the current record of 23.6C from 1999. Yesterday, the mercury hit a sweltering 26.3C at Heathrow. As millions of people enjoy another day off work, quite a few might have realised


they need to nip to the shops to top up on food, cool drinks and BBQ items. If you are one of them, you will probably be wondering whether your local Aldi and Lidl stores will be open during
