Former Cabinet member Neil Hamilton attacked John Major and Tony Blair for meddling in Brexit. Mr Hamilton complained that the public cared very little about their opinions and Mr Major is
mostly remembered as a failure in politics. He added that around the world people are rising to the political elite who believe they know better than the people they govern. While on LBC he
said: “I think what we are seeing now is a rise in spontaneous opposition amongst the people to the global political class. "John Major is a supreme example of the global political
class and Tony Blair, perhaps the president of the globalist community worldwide. “The people are in revolt, open revolt against all this. “We have seen it in France in the last few days in
a particularly violent way. DON'T MISS: NICOLA STURGEON PRESSED ON SNP'S BETRAYAL OF SCOTTISH FISHERIES “We are in a new age now and these people that think they know better than
the rest of us and can talk down to us. "Their day is increasingly over.” The LBC host then asked whether Mr Hamilton believed the public was interested in what John Major had to say on
Brexit and current political issues. Mr Hamilton replied: “No I don’t think they are interested at all. Most recently Mr Major caused controversy as he urged voters to stop Boris Johnson
and his determination to get Brexit done. In a video message, he said: “Tribal loyalty has its place. “But sometimes you need to vote with your head and your heart. “You need to vote for
your country and your future, this is such a time.”
