Pippa Matthews, 37, gave birth to her second child, a baby girl, on Monday. Pippa is connected to the monarchy through her sister Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, 39, and paid tribute to Queen
Elizabeth II, 94, with her choice of baby name.
Pippa and her husband James Matthews, 45, have a two-year-old son Arthur and are said to be delighted to have now welcomed a daughter to their brood.
Grace Elizabeth Jane Matthews was born at 4.22am on Monday and weighed 6lbs 7oz.
Following the birth of Baby Grace, a source told Hello: "Mother and baby are doing well."
They added: "She's perfect, everyone is overjoyed at such a happy arrival."

Baby Grace's middle name is not only a nod to both her grandmothers Carole Elizabeth Middleton and Jane Matthews but Elizabeth might also be a subtle tribute to the Queen.
Royal Family members often pay hommage to relatives when it comes to picking middle names for their children.
And while Pippa is not a royal, she may have followed in the sweet tradition.

Kate and Prince William's daughter Charlotte also has Elizabeth as her middle name.
Charlotte's full name is Charlotte Elizabeth Diana Mountbatten-Windsor - Diana being a nod to William's late mother.
Prince Andrew, 61, and Sarah Ferguson's older daughter Princess Beatrice, 32, has Elizabeth as one of her middle names too.

sends fans into spin [INSIGHT]
Last month the Queen's granddaughter Princess Eugenie, 30, gave birth to a baby boy and honoured her grandfather Prince Philip, 99, with a sweet name choice.
On February 20, Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank revealed they had named their son August Philip Hawke in a sweet Instagram post.
The message read: "We wanted to introduce you to August Philip Hawke Brooksbank...
"Thank you for so many wonderful messages. Our hearts are full of love for this little human, words can't express. We are excited to be able to share these photos with you."
Eugenie delighted royal fans by sharing a new photo of August to mark Mother's Day on Sunday.
The picture showed little August lying on a baby blanket surrounded by daffodils and was accompanied by a heartfelt post from new mum Eugenie.
The Princess's message read: "I'm so excited to be August's mum and as you can see I'm enjoying my first Mother’s Day.
"I'm also celebrating my beautiful Mumma with this picture of us from March 1990. You’ve taught me so much. Happy Mother’s Day to all."
While Pippa may have followed a Windsor family naming tradition neither she nor her children are royals.
Unlike Eugenie, whose son August will have a traditional royal christening, Pippa is likely to have a private ceremony for Grace when the time comes.
