UPDATE TWO: TSB Bank has stated that its services are back up and running in the UK and apologised for any inconvenience. A TSB spokesperson says: “We’re sorry for any issues our customers
experienced this morning on our mobile app and internet banking. “These services are now recovering back to normal levels so please retry if you have experienced issues. “Our cards, branch
and telephone services continue to operate as normal.” UPDATE ONE: TSB has addressed the current outage in the UK and said it is working towards finding a solution. A TSB spokesperson
says: “We’re aware of an issue affecting some of our customers when they are using our mobile app and Internet Banking this morning. "We are working hard to fix these issues and will
update again as soon as we can. "Customers are still able to use their cards as normal.” ORIGINAL STORY TSB Bank’s internet banking services are not working for customers across the
UK. Customers have complained about not being able to login into the the app and use its online services. This is the second time this month the bank has suffered from a UK outage.
Independent website DownDetector, which tracks social media posts around a topic to monitor outages across the globe, shows hundreds of TSB customers reportedly being hit by the network
troubles. It states that problems began with the service started around 7 am before peaking around 9 am today. A disgruntled customer tweeted: “#TSB - still issues with online banking after
all of this time. Seriously, whoever changed the supplier of this service was a complete idiot with no concern for customers at all” “@TSB How is it that mobile and online performance are so
poor (pretty non-existent) yet your service status page is showing everything's running OK, I don't think so!,” moaned another. “@TSB app and website down locking people out of
their accounts on payday. Surely something needs to be done about this as it isn't the first time,” added a frustrated customer. “Is this further evidence to why people will move away
from traditional banks to the likes of Monzo?” TSB Bank has yet to respond to the current outage. It has, however, put a message on its website saying access is ‘restricted’ and customers
should ‘keep trying’. The message reads: “We're limiting access to Internet Banking. “We've restricted the number of customers who can log in at once to ensure a good service once
you're in. So please bear with us and keep trying. “For more information on our service status. MORE TO FOLLOW…
