Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are parents to Archie, one. Despite being open about gaining baby weight, Meghan still manages to maintain her petite frame. Her nutritionist recently

explained how eating yoghurt could be the key to shedding the pounds.  Intermittent fasting is an umbrella term for various meal timing schedules between voluntary fasting (or reduced

calories intake) and non-fasting over a given period.  According to Healthline, this method of dieting is one of the world’s most popular tricks used to lose weight quickly. Many on this

plan will eat their food during an eight hour window and fast for the other 16 hours of the day. Gabriela also explained that she tells her clients, who include Princess Eugenie, to eat five

meals a day. Pilates is a low-impact exercise which helps to build strength and flexibility, and is particularly good for recovering after injury.  Though similar to yoga, it tends to be at

a slightly faster pace and has fewer spiritual connotations.  Meghan is said to be a fan of former pilates, an all-over body workout which adds resistance to the usual pilates exercises.

Her former personal trainer, Craig McNamee also revealed that her gym routine is pretty intense. He told WomensHealthMag.com: "When she gets to the gym, there’s no real complaining. She

gets down to business right away and really enjoys it." Craig shared that his workouts with Meghan include a five minute cardio warm-up, followed by stretching, a 30 minute circuit

with light weights and stretching to finish.
