Bond prizes are drawn at the beginning of each month and for August two savvy investors will have their lives changed forever as they become millionaires. Prizes range from £25 to £1 million

pounds making millions of investors ecstatic as they secure massive payouts. But who is a winner in this month's prize draw? In August, two people were awarded a payout of £1 million.

The first winner is a man from Hertfordshire who has invested £19,900 in Premium Bonds. He purchased his winning bond number 287NJ414708 in November 2016. This month's win is Agent

Million’s second visit to Hertfordshire in two months after June’s winner was also from the region - making him the 10th Premium Bonds millionaire from the county. The second millionaire

winner for August is a woman from Cheshire West and Chester. She purchased her winning bond number 105VW884980 in January 2006 and in total holds £30,000 in Premium Bonds. The winning woman

is the eighth Premium Bonds millionaire from the region and the second within the last year, with the last jackpot being won there in November 2018. Elsewhere, 3,346,095 prizes worth 

£95,642,500 were awarded in August. Of this huge pot, six people secured £100,000, 10 people were awarded £50,000 and 23 people gained a payout of £25,000. An additional 55 people won

£10,000, 111 people won £5,000 and 1,913 won £1,000. Other winners include 5,739 people who won £500, 26,241 people who won £100, 26,241 who secured £50 and 3,285,754 people who secured £25.

There are over 1.6 million prizes worth more than £62 million that currently remain unclaimed. Premium Bonds may go unclaimed for many reasons including the NS&I not holding your
